Like most recruiters, our fees are based on the traditional model of percentage of salary however, we offer you lots of flexibility to work together in other ways such as:
- Fixed fees - so you know exactly what the exercise is going to cost at the outset - these fees are invariably less than our standard rates
- Annual contracts – all your recruits within a 12 month period "wrapped up" in one fixed price monthly fee - particularly cost effective if you envisage over 3 new recruits in any one year
- Hourly rate services – these are available to cover time incurred if you don't wish to outsource the whole recruitment process
- Low rates – for quick turnaround database searches without the need to interview - charged at 12%
- Split invoicing – typically split over 2-3 payments giving flexibility and cashflow benefits - particularly useful for smaller growing businesses
