The 26th April will see Afford Bond Director, Lindsay Beeston, join thousands of others to run this year’s London Marathon – all raising money for wonderful causes as they pound the streets of our capital.

After completing the London Marathon in 2017, this time, Lindsay has chosen The Wingate Special Children’s Trust to raise funds for. The Wingate Special Children’s Trust, is an independent charity devoted to enriching the lives of children and young people with disabilities. They welcome hundreds of visitors, for either short breaks, activity days or to take part in recreational activities, each year.

Lindsay, who heads up Afford Bond’s specialist agricultural accounting department said: “I love a challenge, so I entered the draw for a place again just on the off chance. I’m delighted to be giving it another go and especially pleased to be raising funds for such a worthwhile Cheshire charity.”
