According to recent Press Reports investment in the Government Enterprise Investment Scheme (EIS) is at an all time high. EIS investment in unquoted trading companies brings with it significant tax benefits; including income tax relief at 30%, capital gains tax deferral (on the sale of any asset) and potential exemption on the sale of the EIS shares.

If thats not enough then investment in a start up business under the Seed EIS brings an even higher income tax credit at a rate of 50%. Please contact us if you are looking to make an investment and we can advise on your eligibility.
