Cheshire Chartered Accountants, Afford Bond, are all set for one of their biggest ever fund-raising events this autumn.

On Sunday 22 September the firm will be fielding a significant number of employees, taking part both on a team and individual basis, in the much acclaimed ‘2019 North West Triathlon’ at Barony Park and Nantwich Swimming Pool, Cheshire CW5 5QY.

It’s one of the biggest charity events in the north-west and will see staff and directors from all departments take part in the three specialist events of swimming, cycling and running. We have decided to select two really well-known and distinguished charities to support this year and would welcome donations towards their causes. They are:

Afford Bond Senior Partner, Gary Greer said: “This is a very special event for us all this year, as in 2018 we lost our dear friend and colleague Jonathan Curwen, at the very young age of 42, to cancer. We miss him very much and have decided to take part in this event and raise funds in his memory. He had three young children and knew of the fine work carried out at The Wingate Centre so we have decided to give equal prominence to both Wingate’s and Clatterbridge.
